PURCHASES

Our Partners will then ship (if applicable) the product to the shipping address provided at the time of purchase. With each purchase, PointClick, LLC will provide an electronic receipt of the purchase to you and the receipt will include our Partners contact information. RETURNS

Please do not return any products to PointClick, LLC. When you purchase an item through PointClick.biz we are only providing a service to you to help purchase items at a low price through our Partners. All product returns must be in compliance with our Partners Return Policy. You will need to contact our Partners directly and follow their Return Policy. We do not accept any returns and will not return items to our Partners on your behalf. We will do everything we can to provide you with our Partners contact information so you can work directly with them if you need to return an item. If our Partners accept your returned item as being returned correctly as per their Return Policy, they will notifiy us, and we will refund the credit card used for the purchase according to our Partners refund policy.
